We had a wonderful stay but for the money the greeter (Rita) should be more welcoming and informative. The apartment should be stocked with some basics (salt pepper, oil, coffee that fits the machine), coffee machine instructions, wine glasses (many of the regular glesses are chipped), hand soap in the bathrooms, and a few other nicities. Also the refrigerator did not seem to be as cold as it should be - milk went bad... And finally the door bell system did not work. The bell does not ring so two sets of keys for 4 adults was problematic.
