This two floors apartment is recently renovated with love and care for (old) details. The house is bright and light. The three windows at the front side give a wonderful view over the canal. The house is located in the museum district.
A two minutes walk will lead you to the Museumsquare (Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh-museum, Stedelijk Museum, Concert Building). On walking distance you will find the famous and typical Dutch Albert Cuyp Marked, the Vondelpark, and famous shopping areas (f.i. PC Hooftstraat and Spiegelgracht). In the neighbourhood you will find a variety of tasty and colourful bars and restaurants.
The house itself is equipped with a modern open kitchen with brandnew appliances, a large oven and a dishwasher. The apartment is divided into two floors. Upstairs you find the bedroom with one double bed, and the bathroom, with a bath-shower combination, wash machine and dryer.
Downstairs, in the living room there is a cozy two person couch bed.
The house is ideal to rent for two persons. If you would rent it with four persons, one should realize that there is not so much ‘privacy’. A family with two kids would fit in very well.
Also good to realize that the apartment is at the third floor and the house has a typical Dutch steep stairway. However, climbing up is well worth it!
