    This fabulous two bedroom apartment is designed with comfort in mind. The living room is bright and airy and gets plenty of natural light and it has a large balcony. The fully equipped modern open kitchen is out fitted with all modern appliances. The bedroom has a good sized double bed. The elegant bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower enough to fit two people. This apartment is furnished with design furniture of the highest quality and is fully equipped (Cable TV, Flat Screen, Hifi, dishwasher, Wifi, wash machine, dryer) and is suitable for 4 persons. It has double glazing and floorheating which makes it extremely comfortable. This 74 sqm apartment is on the 6th floor of a brandnew, modern building which has just been nominated for an architectural prize and there is an elevator. The apartment is located in a very quiet new neighborhood right outside the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam city center on the shore of the canal ‘Het IJ’. It is an area with construction taking place during the day, but very quiet at night. Central Station and the canals are at less than a 10 minute walk. In only three minutes a free ferry will take you to the heart of the center and the canals. Ideal for a blissful home away from home. Price on website is based on 3 person occupancy. Extra person will cost € 40,-/night. Maximum 4 persons. Please note that discounts and surcharges are applicable to all prices.
